Ordering is simple

Click on GOOD LUCK SHIRT and select the number of shirts you wish to order. Follow the procedure for checking out.

Babygoodluck also offers you the opportunity to add a personal message if you would like us to deliver the Babygoodluck gift directly to the recipient of your gift. If you do not wish to add a personal message, simply leave this field blank. Babygoodluck will then send a blank card along with the gift packaging so you can write your personal message before giving the Babygoodluck.

Payment

After payment, you are automatically redirected to the online shop. You will receive an order and payment confirmation by mail.
If something went wrong during the ordering process and you were unable to complete your payment, you will automatically receive a reminder e-mail from Mollie. Follow the link in the e-mail to complete your payment.

Delivery

Your order will be shipped after receipt of the payment. As soon as we have received your payment we will prepare your package for shipment. Delivery period is 3-5 business days for orders within the Netherlands.

Shipping within the Netherlands

Every Babygoodluck shirt is packed in a special mailing envelope. Standard letter postage within the Netherlands is FREE OF CHARGE and shipping is via PostNL.

Shipping within Europe

Shipping within Europe is with the track & trace system. For this service we offer the “PostNL Europe postage” with discount: € 9,95. Shipping times will vary by country. Average delivery period is 4-6 business days. Shipping is by PostNL Priority Mail.

Shipping: rest of world

Shipping to outside Europe is with the track & trace service. For this, we offer the “PostNL World postage” with discount: € 14,95. Shipping times will vary by country. Average delivery period is 6-8 business days. Shipping is by PostNL Priority Mail.

Return

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return an unworn, undamaged and unused Babygoodluck shirt in its original packaging to us no later than 14 (fourteen) days after the date of order. We trust you will understand that hygiene is an extremely important issue where babies are involved. As such, we must maintain extremely high standards in this area.

Please report any returns to info@babygoodluck.com, stating the reason for the return. Please also state your personal data and bank account number.

You must pay all costs for the return shipment excepting where agreed otherwise with Babygoodluck.com.
Unpaid return shipments will not be accepted by Babygoodluck.com, and will instead be returned to you. The risk of the return shipment is borne by the party sending the return.
